What You'll Be Doing

* Providing 1st line network support for LAN/WAN infrastructure.

* Monitoring performance, ensuring system reliability, and troubleshooting issues.

* Supporting, configuring, and installing network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

* Performing system upgrades, security patches, and maintenance.

* Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth network operations.

* Developing comprehensive User Acceptance Tests and documentation for new installations.

* Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

* At least 3 years' experience in network engineering.

* Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, or Juniper WAN/LAN solutions.

* Familiarity with PRTG, Visio, and a plus if you know VMware technologies.

* Solid understanding of switching technologies (STP, VLANs, VTP).

* Experience with optical networking, SFPs/GBICs, and fiber connections.

* A proactive mindset and strong time management skills.
