Location: Rowley Regis, Birmingham B65
Day Rate: £160 - £220 per day
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: 01/09/2025
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Long Term Futures are looking for an experienced and committed Teacher to join a thriving Primary school in the Rowley Regis area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position in a warm and welcoming school that values creativity, consistency, and high expectations.

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support pupil progress, while working closely with a supportive senior leadership team and dedicated colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and teach high-quality, differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum
Assess pupil progress and use data to inform teaching
Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agenciesThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom practice and recent experience in KS1
Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
A nurturing, consistent approach to behaviour management
