TechBuildr has partnered with a Series A funded, award-winning, fast-growing software scale-up in Manchester. They have a great culture and some fantastic clients, including Sanctuary Bathrooms & Heals.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for an ambitious and determined Business Development Representative to join their highly motivated and results-driven sales team, based out of their Manchester HQ. The roles comes with tailored mentoring and development from their VP of Sales, as well as fantastic opportunities to progress your career with Account Executive or SDR Team Lead.

The ideal candidate for this roles is passionate about solving problems through technology and software. You should have good research skills, an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills, resilience, attention to detail and determination to win.

The aim of the role is to build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline. Using your sound knowledge of the company and their business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities, and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn. You will track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within their CRM system. This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs, and booking BANT qualified meetings with prospective customers. You will collaborate with the Account Executives and strive towards meeting individual and team sales targets.

The ideal candidate for this role should have / be:

· A least 1 years' experience as an SDR/BDR

· The ability to outbound prospect and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

· Passionate about solving problems through technology and software

· Resilient and have a positive, can do, approach to work

· Excellent oral, written, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Commutable to the office in central Manchester 3 days a week
