Warehouse Team Leader - Outskirts of Norwich

Contract Personnel are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for a leading manufacturer within the food industry to join their dynamic and friendly team.

How does the day-to-day look?

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods (inbound & outbound)
Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures are followed
Book deliveries and maintain accurate records using warehouse systems
Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Support and serve production and other departments as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Lead and support a small team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
You will have:

Flexible & Adaptable: Willing to help in different areas when needed
Experience: Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a leadership role
Computer Skills: Comfortable using warehouse management systems for booking deliveries, stock control, and reporting
Forklift Licence: Must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence
Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00

Salary: £33,000 - 36,400
