Experience Required:

* Over three years post qualified experience

* Social care experience

* Moving and handling experience or experience working with falls

* Autonomous in completing assessments in the community

* HCPC registered

* Clear and Enhanced DBS (which can be provided)

* Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
