What is the job role?

360 recruitment consultant, running a permanent recruitment desk.
Working to achieve set KPI's and business development targets.
Making outbound business development calls and winning new business.
Negotiating terms of business and fees with clients.
Attending site visits with clients and review meetings where necessary.
Managing a portfolio of existing clients and offering the highest levels of service.
Advertising vacancies across a network of jobs boards / social media sites.
Managing advert responses and selecting candidates that are suitable for the role.
Conducting telephone and face to face interviews with candidates.
Attending a variety of events, including networking events.
Representing MET Recruitment professionally at all times.
Taking care of a variety of administration duties as necessary.

What are we looking for?

Candidates will ideally have previous recruitment sales experience.
A can-do proactive attitude to tasks.
The ability to conduct business development calls / visits.
The desire to help people achieve what they are striving for.
Ability to build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
A customer first attitude.
The ability to manage and resolve issues where necessary.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent people skills.
A full driving license is essential for this role.
