Lynx Recruitment is working with a world-leading optical technology provider, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their innovative optical technology company in Ashford, specialising in medical and life science instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing

* Manage cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners

* Oversee process validation and regulatory compliance (ISO13485, FDA, MDR)

* Drive internal/external presentations and stakeholder management

* Monitor project financials and maintain detailed documentation

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering

* Project management certification (CPM, PMP, or Prince2) preferred

* Strong electronics and mechanics knowledge

* Experience with validation, verification, and technical documentation

* Proficiency in MS Project

* ERP systems experience

* Ability to travel internationally as needed
