• Assist the Credit Control Manager in managing the company's credit control processes.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
