Support the team in tracking upcoming facility renewals and preparing for broker negotiations. Help draft Market Reform Contract Endorsements and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate reports on premiums and claims statistics. Accurately record risk details in the Policy Administration System. Liaise with internal and external third-party coverholders. Gain exposure to systems such as DCOM and Atlas (preferred but not essential). Work with PPL (training provided). Assist in contract preparation ahead of renewal dates. Provide general support to business partners and the wider team.What We're Looking For:Some experience in the insurance industry, ideally within the London Market. A basic understanding of Delegated Authority functions (preferred but not essential). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning. Good attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems.
