AGGREGATOR ANALYTICS MANAGER

£55,000+ BONUS

An exciting unsecured lending Fintech company is currently hiring in their Aggregator team. This role will sit in the commercial function and lead on analytics & strategy for everything focused around acquisitions of customer through their aggregator channels.

This role is an excellent opportunity to move into a fast-paced environment and take on real responsibility for business decisions.

This Fintech company started around 5 years ago. They are an unsecured lender and have always had data science and innovation at the forefront of their business model whilst keeping a flat structure and providing lots of opportunity for employee innovation and growth.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

• Product and Pricing Strategy - driving profitability of their products and refining pricing models through analytics, customer insights and performance metrics
• Performance Tracking - including but not limited to conversion rates and sales
• Research - seek new opportunities for their lending product to grow within the aggregator channel
• Work closely with the wider analytics team to improve all processes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience using an analytical tool such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets
• Pricing experience within Lending or Insurance
• 2+ years of experience
• Strong numerical degree

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• £55,000
• Discretionary Bonus
