Calls will primarily be from parents but may also include schools and taxi operators etc.You will also be responsible for managing the team inbox, triaging emails to the relevant areasAbout youThe successful candidate(s) should have:

• Experience of dealing with inbound calls
• Previous administrative experience in an office setting
• Due to the nature of the calls we require someone who is empathetic but also resilient who have experience dealing with difficult customers
