Site Manager

Location: Staffordshire
Salary: £55k - £62k per annum
Job Type: Permanent

We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for a Site Manager around the Staffordshire area.

Duties

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from super structure through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 30 plots at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting and reporting into the Project Manager on site. You must house building experience.
