We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join our client's team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based in the Aviation Sector our client offers a vastly diverse and exciting environment to work in!About the Role:This internship offers a unique chance to work closely with our HR Business Partner team, gaining practical skills and contributing to meaningful projects in a supportive, learning-focused environment. You'll play a key role in day-to-day HR operations while being involved in various projects aimed at improving and developing HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, ensuring efficient direction of enquiries.Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing offer checklists and visa documentation.Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records and reports.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support HR Business Partners with annual HR programs (e.g., PDR, talent reviews).Assist with Employee Relations cases, including note-taking and scheduling investigation meetings.Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as taking meeting minutes and supporting health & wellbeing initiatives.Help organize and support HR events like career fairs and Diversity & Inclusion activities.Projects:Lead or contribute to HR improvement projects, new developments, and value-added activities.What We're Looking For:Essential:A degree (2:2 or above).A passion for HR with a keen interest in employment law.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A proactive attitude, creative mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.A strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance.Meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Desirable:Currently studying for HR qualifications (HRM, CIPD level 3).If you're ready to kickstart your HR career and gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment, apply now!
