About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice on:

• Estate planning and administration
• Wills, trusts, and probate
• Tax planning and mitigation
• Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters

This role requires working closely with clients to deliver practical, effective, and empathetic advice, ensuring their assets are protected and future plans are secure.

Candidate Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years post-qualification experience in private client matters
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to handle complex caseloads independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
