The Construction Project Manager Role

Specialising in the Healthcare sector, this consultancy prides itself on delivering a wide array of projects across the North West and nationwide, ranging from £50k reception reconfigurations to groundbreaking £100m new build projects equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of healthcare schemes.

You will ensure consistency of service and adaptability to meet the unique demands of each project, whether it's enhancing a town centre public realm or installing a rooftop helipad for an Air Ambulance service.

The Construction Project Manager

• Previous Project Management experience within the Construction Industry
• Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Experience working on Healthcare schemes is highly desirable
• Experience working on schemes from inception to completion, RIBA stages 0-7
