Site Administrator
Temp to Perm Contract
Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support our client's on-site management team with various administrative tasks. The role involves managing health and safety compliance, handling SAP data entry and reconciliation, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP systems, and basic accounting is a plus.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to on-site management.
  • Coordinate calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely responses.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Manage filing systems and distribute meeting materials.
  • Perform general office duties, including copying, document preparation, and office supply management.
  • Organise site visits and meetings.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for data collation.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.


Health and Safety:

  • Promote a strong health and safety culture on-site.
  • Ensure safety compliance and correct use of PPE at all times.
  • Report safety issues, incidents, and non-conformance's promptly.


SAP Duties:

  • Perform daily data entry and month-end account reconciliation.
  • Manage Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes (HWCN) for billing.
  • Handle customer inquiries on deliveries, collections, and invoices.
  • Maintain the SAP database and assist with sales efforts.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent administrative skills, including typing and report coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and reliable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the talent for prioritise and performing various tasks concurrently.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP systems and basic accounting principles.
