Clean and Clear and Grounds Maintenance Operatives required

Rate of Pay:              Dependent on experience

Venn Group are looking for Grounds Maintenance and Clean and Clear Operatives to work in Leicestershire.

The successful Clean and Clear candidate will be responsible for:

• Clearing properties to prepare for cleaning teams
• Removing furniture and white goods
• Removing rubbish
• Removing fly tipping
• Driving company vehicles to take items for disposal

The Successful Grounds Maintenance candidate will be responsible for: 

• Maintaining green areas in social housing estates
• Mowing grass
• Maintenance of edges
• Removal of litter and debris
• Maintenance of hedges
• Maintaining flower beds & planters
• Ground clearance

The successful candidate will have:

• Full UK Driving License
