What you'll be doing as the Quality Manager

Reporting to the managing director, you will lead a small quality team, including a trainee quality engineer and two quality technicians. Responsibilities will include: -

Leadership: Motivate and develop your team and champion quality at every level of the business.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits and manage external audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards. Support with supply chain audits.
Product Approval & Inspection: Lead the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Quality Systems: Take ownership of the business management systems, ensuring compliance with all third-party approvals and certifications.
Culture: Drive a culture of quality across the organisation by identifying areas for improvement, resolving compliance issues, and boosting customer satisfaction while reducing costs linked to non-conformances and scrap.To apply for the Quality Manager position, you will need the following:

Well-developed people leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
Experience gained in a broad quality management role covering quality assurance and quality control.
Willingness to be hands-on, including supporting quality control measurement processes.
Experience managing audits, internal and external.

A salary of up to £60,000, a pension contribution of up to 7.5%, 25 + 8 holidays, and life assurance x 5 salary.Hours of Work:
