Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Design Engineer with experience in SolidWorks and a passion for designing and improving recovery trucks. As part of our clients engineering team, you will be instrumental in developing and optimising the design of our recovery trucks. Key Responsibilities:

* Design and development of recovery trucks using SolidWorks.

* Collaborating with overseas teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

* Troubleshooting/resolving design and engineering issues.

* Optimise recovery truck systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and durability.

* Ensure that all projects are completed on time.

* Work closely with the sales, process and production teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs and customer requirements.

* Conduct thorough testing and validation of new designs.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements.

* Creating technical files for submission to various authorities.

Required Qualifications:

* Proven experience with SolidWorks for 3D modelling and product design.

* Previous experience working with or designing recovery trucks on light and heavy-duty vehicles is highly desirable.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to recovery vehicles is a plus.
