Temporary Accounts Assistant - Full or Part Time

Our excellent client based in Quedgeley currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis in a role that may go permanent for the right individual.

In this role, you do not need to possess finance qualifications, however, previous working finance and accounts experience is essential. Full training on company systems will be provided, along with free parking and an early Friday finish!

This role can be offered on a full or part time basis depending on the individual, a minimum of 3 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

- Month end

- Daily cash email

- Weekly cashflow forecast

- Payroll data collection for external payroll providers

- Holding company balance sheet recs

- Intercompany reconciliation

- Quarterly management recharges

- General accounting for holding companies

Key Attributes

- Previous working accounts experience

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to keep up with busy and varied deadlines.

- Proactive approach.

Hours: Monday - Friday (Early Friday Finish at 1/2pm). Part time hours can also be offered (minimum 3 days per week)

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + 25 days holiday & benefits.
