The development comprises of approximately 600 apartments distributed across four blocks, each rising up to eight floors. As a valuable member of a two-person team, your primary responsibilities will encompass painting and decorating, small repairs, basic plumbing, and carpentry. Having expertise in identifying and addressing leaks within a residential development is highly advantageous for this role.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clear drains and locating and addressing leaks within a flat.
- Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
