Business Travel Consultant Duties:

• Provide support and excellent customer service to clients

• Book all aspects of urgent Travel that is required, including flights, car hire, hotels & transfers.

• Responding to emails & calls off clients received during day office opening hours

• Assisting with some administration duties

• Complete handovers to provide a seamless customer experience.

Essential Requirements:

• Business Travel experience is essential

• Fully proficient on a GDS Amadeus
