How you'll make an impact as Hub Team Leader at Movianto:
* Support the Shift Manager with day-to-day operations, acting as first point of contact for warehouse colleagues
* Prioritise workloads, identify and resolve operational issues, and ensure service levels are met
* Lead daily team briefings, ensure smooth shift handovers, and contribute to management meetings
* Compile and review operational data and reports as required
* Gain knowledge of transport functions, including final mile, wholesale, trunking, and driver compliance
* Support audits and ensure compliance with all company, legal, health & safety, and quality procedures
* Promote a culture of engagement, safety, and continuous improvement
What it will take to thrive as Hub Team Leader at Movianto:
* Previous team leadership experience, ideally in a logistics or FMCG environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working across all levels of the organisation
* Understanding of disciplinary procedures and basic man-management
* Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven with a focus on high standards
* Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and take ownership of your development
