Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to work in our client’s busy city centre location. This is a working position and you will be part of the team to deliver excellent service on daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all visitors, contractors and clients.
- Responds to client inquiries and complaints. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports as required.
- Manage the day-to-day security team ensuring adherence to site requirements.
- First line Management of teams including training, development and expectations of standards
- De-escalate potential volatile situations with public.
- Develop and manage relationships with key client personnel to ensure service delivery.
About You:

- Excellent standard of written communication skills.
- Work in conjunction with OCS colleagues to deliver excellent customer service skills.

- Represent both OCS and client in a positive manner.
- Can do attitude
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential; SIA CCTV Licence is desirable.
- Must have a SIA licence.
