Ashton Recruitment require a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in the Duncrue area of Bel-fast.
Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Belfast
Duration: Temporary Permanent
Rate of Pay: Between £25,000 and £26,000
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:30-16:30
This person is responsible for order processing, managing order updates, directing telephone calls and emails. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and the efficient processing of or-ders. This office-based role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties include (but not limited to):
* Manage the efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled to satisfaction.
* Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their orders.
* Provide timely updates on order processing and delivery times.
* Direct telephone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or individuals.
* Ensure prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
* Consistent high-level customer service
Essential Criteria:
* Highly organized and efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities to meet stringent deadlines.
* Adept at directing customer inquiries and ensuring they reach the appropriate departments.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with staff and customers.
* Familiarity with company policies.
* Compliance with the organization's rules regarding processes and procedures according to the relevant standards.
* Responsible thinking and communication according to the Integrated Management System.
Essential Criteria
* Experience with Sage 200
