Proactively seek out new business to grow revenue for the venue.
Seek and diversify the client base.
Create close relationships with city partners and stakeholders.
Generate and create bespoke events.
Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
Being the face of the business to new and exciting contacts from a range of new clients!
You'll push yourself and deliver the highest quality at some serious pace.

 

 About you...

An existing business developer.
A naturally bubbly, positive person - not afraid to face gatekeepers!
Experience and capability in managing high volume operations and busy service periods.
Resilient and reliable.
Understanding of customers' specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
Ability to drive a team to greatness through exciting, innovative, and engaging training.
Flexible - in approach, work style and able to work outside 'office' hours.
