Overview: We are seeking an experienced 11-33kV Supervisor to join our team within the ICP sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supervising 11-33kV projects, along with knowledge of NERS (National Electricity Registration Scheme) accreditations. While the role does not require an electrical bias, candidates should have a strong background in overseeing electrical works and managing subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of 11-33kV electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, NERS accreditations, and relevant regulations.
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate site activities, ensuring the smooth progression of work while managing multiple subcontractors.
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
Act as the point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Resolve on-site issues efficiently and maintain a focus on project delivery.
Key Requirements:

NERS accreditation is required, with experience working in a NERS-accredited environment.
Experience managing 11-33kV projects, with an understanding of the specific requirements and challenges.
Strong subcontractor management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple parties and maintain high standards of work.
Experience working on electrical infrastructure projects, with a focus on high voltage systems (not required to be electrically biased).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring the team follows all safety protocols.
Desirable:

Previous experience in the ICP sector is beneficial.
Relevant qualifications in site management, such as SMSTS or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence.
