Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Hay Mills

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Construction

Salary: £19 - £22 Per hour

Job Duties:

Inspect plumbing systems and identify maintenance needs
Repair or replace plumbing components such as pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
Install new plumbing systems as needed
Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly
Maintain accurate records of work performed

Required Qualifications:

Valid plumbing qualifications/certifications
Proven experience as a maintenance plumber
Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills

Education:

Completion of plumbing apprenticeship or relevant vocational training
Additional courses in plumbing maintenance and repair preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance plumbing
Experience working in a construction environment

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Gas Safe registered
Experience with commercial plumbing systems

Working Conditions:

Working outdoors and in various weather conditions
Physical strength and stamina required for lifting and carrying heavy equipment
Frequent travel to different job sites
