Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their social, emotional, and behavioural development. Your primary objective will be to promote positive behaviour, encourage engagement in learning, and foster a supportive environment that allows every student to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural and emotional challenges.
Work closely with teaching staff to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting support strategies as needed.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, encouraging their participation and motivation.
Facilitate small group interventions focused on social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
Liaise with parents, guardians, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
Contribute to the development of behaviour policies and strategies within the school.
Attend regular meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational setting.
A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Strong understanding of child development, behaviour management techniques, and emotional support strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.What We Offer:
