Trainee Salary: Starting salary £24,000 per annum basic, plus uncapped commission when trained.

Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit a Trainee Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our established team based in our Wolverhampton office. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.
As a Trainee Transport Recruitment Consultant you will:
• Receive FULL RECRUITMENT & SALES TRAINING to enable you to contribute to the Transport Desk
• Source and register professional Drivers
• Supply workers within the Wolverhampton area and beyond
• Generate business through outbound sales
• Business development of current/prospect clients
• Contract Management of client
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Hold client meetings face to face - full driving license ESSENTIAL.
