Customer Support Administrator (12 month contractor - Maternity cover)Job description * Launch all orders in-line with master production schedule (MPS) and update productionactivity control (PAC) plan.* Ensure all internal works order documentation and modification sheets (CRMS) for thelaunch of products is communicated to Operations.* Order management to allow the release of advance exchange product goods to the nextcustomer requirement.* Ensure commercial aspects of the contract are clearly understood and applied.* Act as a focal point for managing communications directly with customers.* Generate customer quotations and invoicing in line with the company output plan and worksprocedures, ensuring clear and concise information is provided to the customer at all times.* Capture the customers' expectations and preferences to ensure these customerrequirements are satisfied.* Working closely with key business stakeholders (KAMs, Sales, Finance, Quality andOperations) to improve the customer service experience.* Strong continuous improvement ethic to enhance the customer experience and improve thecompany's processes and procedures.* Optimising profit opportunities afforded by the contract terms while promoting and enhancing the customer relationship.* On time issue of quotes and invoicing in line with Sales Plan* Timely resolution of customer queries.* Launch adherence to MPS plan* Delivering continuous improvement projectsCandidate skills & requirements * Strong Commercial skills* Effective external customer management skills.* Effective communication skills throughout all levels of the business.* Good organisational and planning skills.* A flexible approach with ability to adapt to different working environments.* Highly in-tune with the voice of the customer.* A keenly developed sense of right first time attitude towards quality.* Highly motivated, takes accountability, delivers excellence and respects internal and external customers.* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. The key attributes to be successful in this role are to be enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated, good communicator and a strong attention to detail.
