* Taking on additional responsibilities such as temporary works coordinator and scaffold inspections

* Conducting reports and inspections

Problem Solving:

* Finding innovative solutions to unique, bespoke challenges

* Working within a bespoke environment on customized projects

Project Delivery:

* Setting up projects, including subcontractors, direct labour, site setup, and client liaison

Skills:

* Proficient in IT

* Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel)

* Preferably holds a construction degree background

Experience:

* Completed a full-time construction degree or 3 years through part-time study

* A minimum of 2 years' experience on-site
