OCDEA - Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading sustainable design and compliance consultancy based in York. They are currently on the lookout for a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor to provide their expertise on various multidisciplined projects.

Role responsibilities for an OCDEA include:

Carrying out SAP assessments and calculations for commercial and non-residential projects
Provide highly technical advice to clients and ensure their sustainability targets are met and their projects are in compliance with Part L
Produce general sustainability and energy strategies and reports based off Site inspections to provide to clientsThe ideal OCDEA will have:

An OCDEA Qualification with a minimum of 1 years' experience within an SAP assessor role
Up to date knowledge and experience with UK Building Regulations and legislations
Previous experience within a client facing role, providing sustainability advice and consultancy
