Warehouse Operative

£26,000 per annum £13.33 per hour (including shift allowance) + Overtime, Avonmouth, BS11, Permanent 2pm-10pm shift Mon to Fri, 37.5 hours per week, 33 days holiday, Life Assurance, Pension, Onsite parking. Temporary to Permanent role.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operator, Forklift Operator to join a successful supplier based in Avonmouth. Reporting to the Production Manager and working as part of a team - the successful candidate will have previously worked in a warehouse role and ideally have previous forklift experience.

Duties of the Warehouse Operator, Forklift Operator will include:

Loading and unloading materials and putting stock away
Picking materials
Despatch work
Stamping and labeling finished goods
Forklift work

The successful candidate will have previously worked in warehouse roles and ideally have previous counter balance and side loader experience. Any previous band saw or combi lift experience, would be beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided. In addition you will have good IT skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced, busy environment.
