Job Advert: Multi-Tradesman - Birmingham

Monday- Friday

7:30-16:30

We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Tradesman to join our growing team, working on repairs and maintenance for both void and tenanted properties across Birmingham areas

Key Responsibilities:

Carpentry: Repair and install architraves, skirting, and UVPC windows and doors.
Plumbing: Install and maintain baths, toilets, sinks, and other sanitary ware. Locate and repair leaks as required.
Plastering, Decorating and Tiling are also requirements on this project
Multi work on repairs and maintenanceThis is a great opportunity for a versatile, hands-on trades person with a strong background in both carpentry and plumbing. You'll be working in a varied role with the chance to expand your skill set through in-house training, while making a tangible impact on the upkeep of residential properties.

Requirements:

Proven experience in both carpentry and plumbing and plastering
Full driving license
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and tenants.
Will need to be happy to undergo DBS checks, manual handling course, working at height course and Asbestos Awareness. If you are interested please apply here
