Our client is looking for an Administrator to log customer complaints and track documentation. You will have strong administrative skills and be a detail-oriented, organised individual

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complaint Logging
  • Document Handling
  • Customer Data Management
  • Case input and logging
  • Case Uploading & Acknowledgment.
  • Spreadsheet Management

Key Skills:

  • Previous administration experience
  • PC literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working under pressure
