Are you a motivated, results-driven sales professional looking to advance your career with a prestigious brand? Join our client as an Internal Sales Executive and play a key role in generating new business opportunities within the construction sector through intelligence and lead generation services.

Key Responsibilities:

As an integral part of the internal sales team, you will:

* Cold-call B2B prospects to generate new business opportunities for the External Field Sales Managers.

* Conduct high-volume cold calls, showcasing the benefits of the products and their relevance to prospective customers.

* Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives set by the manager.

* Maintain data accuracy by logging all calls on the CRM system.

* Produce quotes and orders when required and collaborate with the external team to secure deals.

* Self-source new leads through various channels.

* Stay GDPR-compliant and participate in training to support personal development.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

* At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based, B2B environment.

* Proven experience in high-volume prospecting and achieving sales targets.

* Excellent communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner.

* A target-driven mindset and a passion for hitting goals.

* Proficiency in IT systems for logging calls, producing quotes, and updating records.
