This role is essential in providing professional technical support to customers and sales teams, overseeing regulatory compliance, and guaranteeing all filter products meet the required standards. • Provide technical support for customers and sales teams, including integrity testing data and product testing compatibility.
• Manage technical reports for product testing and customer validation studies.
• Oversee product quality documentation (e.g. Validation Guides, product certification) and product approvals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, responding to internal/external audits and managing regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, EU).
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development, defining product specifications and identifying test sites.
• Work with marketing and sales to ensure effective product launches, including positioning, pricing, and training.

Product ManagerEssential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences preferred)
• Experience in product management and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in a process industry (e.g., pharma, food & beverage, fine chemicals).
• Experience with regulatory and compliance issues in highly regulated industries.
