This contractor operates across the education, residential, leisure and sport and arts and culture sector.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

- Number one on a smaller project i.e. up to £3million reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager or part of a larger team on a larger project.

- To successfully deliver a project on time and within budget.

- Ensuring the Health and Safety of the site and maintaining Quality Assurance.

The Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role working on Education projects

- Motivated, Driven individual who is looking to grow and develop their career.
