We're currently recruiting for a Sales Support for our well established client in the Cardiff area.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the internal and external sales teams.
Processing orders for customers.
Keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and our couriers.
Managing and dealing with e-commerce orders.
Receiving inbound calls to the internal sales team.
To maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including the use of activities to ensure full and up to date information is stored.
Any other tasks as commensurate with the post.

Minimum 2 Years administrative/customer service experience.
Experience of using a CRM/ERP system.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
