Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and developing mechanical systems and components for industrial waste management equipment, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks, ensuring designs are optimized for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes, conduct rigorous testing, and analyze data to validate design performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and service engineers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into production and resolve technical challenges.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications to support manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and waste management technologies to contribute to continuous product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in mechanical design engineering within an industrial machinery environment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials
• Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
