Interim FP&A Manager | High Growth SaaS Scale-Up | London

The Client:

Harmonic is delighted to be working exclusively with an international SaaS Scale-Up in their search for an Interim FP&A Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to go temp-to-perm.

Having been founded 7 years ago, they have consistently experienced 25% YoY growth. With this growth set to continue for the foreseeable future, our clients are looking to modernise and build out their Finance function to ensure the company is future proof. Having recently received fresh investment from a number of notable investors, they a preparing for an extended period of further growth. Our client is headquartered in London and are open to a hybrid working model.

The Role

Having experienced extensive recent growth, our client requires a commercially astute FP&A Manager to work closely with the talented CFO to develop their P&L, Balance Sheet, Income statements, and Cashflow statements. The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating financial models using Excel and the ability to business partner with the C-suite executive team, offering key financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the budgets and forecasts.
• Partner across the business, offering financial insights to different departments.
• Ad-hoc projects for the CFO.
• Create Income Statement.
• Develop Profit & Loss.
• Create accurate Balance Sheet.
• Development of the Cashflow Statement.

Essential Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Previous Experience as an FP&A Manager and a proven ability to lead on budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of complex data.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a wider team.

Bonus Experience

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up.
• Previous experience in a late stage VC / early stage PE backed business
• Experience in a SaaS business (Revenue Recognition and Unit economics).

Location: London (Hybrid)

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: £400-£500/day (Outside IR35)
