Randstad are currently working with a Tier 1 Main contractor on a £50m Highways infrastructure project that consists of a new road interchange , they are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to head up the team on the infrastructure project in Essex.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Tier 1 main contractors on Civil Engineering projects valued in excess of £10m , it's advantageous if you have been involved in the Highways Sector. The candidate must be commercially aware and have experience managing commercial teams as well as be full versed within NEC forms of Contract.

Some Responsibilities:

Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue
Oversee financial KPIs
Take responsibility for the financial management of projects
Ensure that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
