BIM Coordinator - Join a Leading Tier 1 Contractor

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our UK team. We deliver high-quality, sustainable projects across residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.

Current Projects Include:

Mixed-use development with co-living spaces, office space, and public realm improvements.

Residential scheme including restoration of heritage assets.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and manage the BIM Execution Plan (aligned with EIR).

* Monitor and review BIM models and drawings from subcontractors.

* Produce clash detection reports and lead coordination meetings.

* Support CDE management in line with ISO 19650.

* Train teams on BIM software, focusing on coordination, costing, and programming.

* Create Revit models and site logistics plans.

* Manage COBie data for handover and lead BIM 360/Procore use on site.

* Use Power BI for project dashboards and data visualisations.

Skills & Experience

* Proficient with Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD; experience with BIM 360, Solibri, Power BI a plus.

* Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 protocols.

* Experience on large residential or mixed-use builds.

* Strong coordination skills across disciplines.

* Background in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
