Role: Workshop Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 per year + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Coordinate and supervise a team
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and are completed within set KPIs.
Address customer inquiries from a technical perspective and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with department managers to implement and monitor quality control procedures and best practices for high repair standards.
Work alongside our experienced management team to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and PAS
Skills:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the auto repair industry
Body paint experience ideally both practical and managerial
Strong knowledge of accident repairs, automotive parts, and repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret damage reports and repair estimates
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive repairs
Experience in managing a team of technicians
