Senior Quantity Surveyor required in London

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and multifaceted contractor, based in Central London, who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their special works team who focus on the Commercial and Aviation sectors.

They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team that has extensive experience working with NEC Contracts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or construction related courses

* Must have experience dealing with NEC contracts

* Minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience

* Managed complete life cycle of projects including closing out of final accounts

* Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting

* Self-sufficient

* Proven track record of delivering construction projects

* Excellent communication and oral skills

* Stable employment history

* High-performing individual

* Versatile

* Excellent time keeping skills
