We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our schools in Milton Keynes.

About the Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will:

* Deliver lessons to classes or groups of pupils in the absence of the class teacher.

* Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality lessons.

* Work closely with teachers to assess, monitor, and provide feedback on pupils' progress.

* Assist in developing individual learning plans and implementing tailored interventions for pupils with additional needs.

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to ensure all students, including those with SEND, make progress.

* Contribute to the overall development and well-being of the students by fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

* Qualified HLTA status or equivalent experience.

* Proven experience working within a school setting.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

* A commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all pupils.

* Experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
