About the Role: GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join an exceptional secondary school in Leicester. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in a school rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher, committed to delivering high-quality science education across KS3 and KS4, with a proven ability to motivate students and raise attainment levels. 

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Develop and implement schemes of work that cater to a wide range of abilities.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
Support the school's ethos of excellence and contribute to its vibrant learning environment.
Participate in extracurricular activities and wider school life.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Relevant degree in Science or a related subject.
Experience teaching Science at secondary school level, preferably across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Strong classroom management skills.
DBS on the update service.
A passion for education and a commitment to students' academic success.
