Nixon McQuade are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a leading company in Belfast.
Reporting to the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for providing all round support to the department activities.
The Role:
- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
- Payroll Management
- Reconciliation to ledgers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supplier payment runs
- Credit control
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers to resolve queries
- Month-end procedures
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a busy Finance environment
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
