The Role: As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our finance function and supporting strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring our financial operations align with our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and processes.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Support strategic initiatives, including fundraising and M&A activities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA) with a background in a Big 4 audit firm.

• Proven experience in a VC/PE-backed business, ideally within the tech or VR space.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting.

• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
